Susabi should focus on leveling up his Falling Star (1st Ability) first. Then, Celestial Chain (2nd Ability) second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Use Celestial Chain (2nd Ability) to restrain the enemy shikigami, then use Falling Star (1st Ability) to stack the passive effect.
