(1st Ability)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CD Value: 16\/15\/14\/13\/12 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attrition Value: 30\/35\/40\/45\/50<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Active effect: Yoto Hime enters the En Garde! state, becoming invincible for 0.8 seconds. If Yoto Hime blocks a control ability while in En Garde! state, she will counter-attack, stunning the enemy for 1 seconds and dealing 120 (+100% Ability Power) magic damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passive effect: Yoto Hime recovers 30 (+40% Bonus AD) HP for every 2 attacks she makes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Devourer (2nd Ability)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CD Value: 12\/12\/12\/12\/12 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attrition Value: 30\/35\/40\/45\/50<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Active effect: Yoto Hime\u2019s Attack Speed is increased by 20% for 5 seconds after using the ability. Each of the following three strikes only inflicts 60% of Base Attack, but each deals an additional 10 (+10% Bonus AD) physical damage. The first strike also inflicts a 10% Slow that lasts 1 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Passive effect: Yoto Hime\u2019s Attack Damage is permanently increased by 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saber Strike (3rd Ability)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CD Value: 17\/16\/15\/14\/13 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attrition Value: 50\/55\/60\/65\/70<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yoto Hime charges forward in the designated direction, dealing 90 (+80% Bonus AD) physical damage to enemies in her path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If this ability KO\u2019s an enemy, it will be reset and MP will be restored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ominous Blade (Ultimate)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CD Value:90\/80\/70\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attrition Value:100\/100\/100<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yoto Hime attacks the designated target, repeatedly slashing at the target and nearby enemy shikigami. Each slash deals 140&nbsp;(+80% AD)&nbsp;physical damage, with subsequent damage on the same shikigami being restricted to 40%. Maximum of 6 slashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ability Recommendations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yoto Hime should focus on leveling up his Devourer (2nd Ability) first.
